Welcome to Winter in St. Ignace!   
Why hibernate? When winter arrives, St. Ignace becomes a new kind of playground! Hundreds of miles of snowmobile trails form an endless network through area forests. Snowshoe and cross country ski trails meander through the timbered hills and shifting sands along the lakeshore, and don't miss the exhilerating runs down Silver Mountain Tubing Hill! If you're into ice skating, Little Bear East has a wonderful indoor heated rink.  They have open skating  Monday through Friday. There are also an assortment of hiking/snowshoeing opportunities throughout the winter.

After a hard day of playing in the snow, head indoors to enjoy a warmer diversion with great dining and a cozy fireplace.
