Bring your families to the St. Ignace 4th of July Party. ALL ARE INVITED!
Children’s Bike Decorating
The St. Ignace Chamber of Commerce will be setting up a FREE bike decorating station for youths who would like to ride their bikes in the parade. We supply the decorations. All children must be accompanied by a parent. Suggested parking in the gravel lot adjacent to the post office.
Location: Behind the Village Inn Restaurant
Time: 3:15 PM
The parade begins at 4 PM from High Street to Reagon Street
We will have goodie bags packed with toys, gift certificates, and candy for any children riding bikes in the parade!
Please contact us at (906) 643-8717 if your children will be participating in the bike decorating for goodie bag counts and supplies. Thank you!
Parade Information
To kick off the event, the parade starts at 4 PM.
The parade starts at High Street and goes to Reagon Street.
Gary, Mr. Gman, will be broadcasting the parade from his spot in front of the First National Bank.
Party Events
At Little Bear East Arena we will continue the party from 5 PM to 7 PM with the following:
- Music by Mike of Northern Entertainment Consultants
- Hotdogs, chips, & drinks served by the St. Ignace Fire Department
- Bouncy Smoke House by the St. Ignace Fire Department
- Dunk Tank by the Yooper Do-Gooders
- Games & Activities (jump rope contest, limbo contest, duck pond, sucker pull, potato sack races, and more!)
Grandpa’s Donuts will be in the Captain’s Quarters parking lot to satisfy your donut cravings!
Later in the evening head to your favorite place to watch the fireworks along Moran Bay.
We hope to see everyone there for a fun time!
