Staging Details 2022

Staging on Friday ONLY
All machines must be dropped off to the staging area in Mackinaw City on Friday between 12 noon and 10 PM. As usual, we will provide security at the staging area on Friday night.  Staging area to be determined.

Bridge Crossing Info

Saturday morning the Mackinac Bridge crossing will begin at 11:00 a.m.  You will cross as a group from Mackinaw City to St. Ignace (one-way only) and end up at the Little Bear Arena for lunch.

Registration is closed.

ABSOLUTELY NO ONSITE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ALLOWED THIS YEAR! IF YOU KNOW SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO PARTICIPATE PLEASE LET THEM KNOW THIS.

You are responsible for having any required ORV licenses or permits.  Click here to visit the website to read or obtain a copy of “The Handbook of Michigan Off-Road Vehicle Laws and Riding Basics 2021”.  You can download the handbook to your computer for free, or there are iBook and Nook versions that can be downloaded for $1.99.  [An ORV license is required if the ORV will be used anywhere other than private property, and an ORV trail permit is required to operate on state-designated ORV trails, routes or areas. As far as helmet requirements, all ORV operators and passengers must wear a U.S. Department of Transportation approved crash helmet and protective eyewear, except when the operator and passenger are wearing properly adjusted and fastened safety belts in an ORV equipped with a roof that meets or exceeds the standards for a crash helmet.] (Excerpts from the handbook listed above.)
